      Pros

      Friendly and supportive environment mostly with peers. Flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Culture is not as transparent and people-centered as it used to be. High pressure environment and micromanaging coming from C level people and top managers. Teams that already reached full capacity are being constantly pressured to deliver more and faster. Talented people that left is not being replaced for a long time now. No annual salary adjustments during the past year and very limited promotions happening. No opportunities for career growth for most of the employees.
