      Pros

      The mission of the company is great and so are the people. The work is rewarding.

      Cons

      As expected given the size of the company and its goals and ambitions there are not a lot of options for most people to be promoted, although you have a lot of informal learning opportunities.

      Amazing work culture, awesome people, huge benefits, good salary, very helpful management, great onboarding initiatives, free snacks, huge importance to how a new joinee is doing and whether they are comfortable, fresh eyes report, best colleagues one can ever imagine, management is always open to suggestions, great office managers, the best manager I ever worked with, works here! Even the CEO and CFO are pretty nice and inspiring to talk to. Amazing process and company structure.
