There aren't that many financial perks. There's no profit sharing or bonuses.

+ A company with a vision, that shares its roadmap and communicate metrics to their employee. Everyone is in the same boat and a part of the adventure + People help each other and there no place for internal politics + Great communication tools and stunning office. + Smart and kind people to work with

- Having office on both sides of the Atlantic can sometimes be challenging in term of scheduling meetings, but it's a pleasure to work within a multicultural environment - Hard work, but you never feel people putting pressure on you
