Pros

This company is constituted by people who are not only smart but also truly care about their employees and treat them like human beings. This should be basic but we know that unfortunately, it's not. I see several instances of internal progression and promotion, and honest care with inclusivity.

Cons

Some of the Execs don't seem to be as capable as the people reporting to them. I hope the new CEO actually sees this and corrects the situation.
