      Pros

      Fast growing & challenging environment. Lots of smart people in the place and great perks. Transparency in the company is high and top management very accessible.

      Cons

      We work a lot thus it's not the best place if you want to chill. Working hours and time-off are very flexible though.

      Pros

      The company is growing super fast, but in a very thoughtful manner. There are the growth opportunities of being at a startup, both personal and career wise. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, but also super intelligent and motivated. The benefits are pretty standard, with the very large exception of a work trip to Paris every year.

      Cons

      You have to be self-motivated and a go-getter. Things (such as training) don't fall in your lap, but everything is available somewhere, and everyone is so willing to help as long as you ask.

      Pros

      + The live products in the market are super successful and provide a great sense of pride and motivation + There's a great social environment, there are always several Dashlaners out and about during the week + There is no status-quo here, things change, things improve, there is no sense of 'daily toil' + A data driven organisation, all ideas are welcome, but they need to be backed up by data in order to survive + Autonomy - I've found this a place where my curiosity and initiative can thrive

      Cons

      It's not required all the time, but there will be moments when everyone needs to put in many long hours, but it's almost always for a good reason and the results are worth it.
