      Great atmosphere, great challenges, smart people and a lot of fun

      Pros

      - Having a meaningful impact on the product and seeing what I do implemented - Working with a motivated and skilled team - No politics, everyone tries to do what she thinks is best for the company - Great communication from management with the team about strategy - Very interesting product to work on

      - Switching quickly from one project to another can be exausting

      Pros

      The product is cool, the people are great, the company is very good in communicating the plans and objectives for the future, each employe can feel really involve in all the pursuit of results. The location is pleasant, the salary is good and there's benefits.

      Cons

      You have to be very motivated and hard working, people are here to grow and success, it's not a inconvenient to me, but I guess it can be for some people.

      + Possible to grow with the company - regarding responsabilities, technical expertise + Try to solve a real pain point for consumers + Interesting technical challenges, quite different from most other startups (real desktop apps, browser plugins...) + Paris and New-York offices, which create an vibrant culture mix

      Cons

      - Long hours sometimes - Newcomers are expected to learn very fast - I have seen better offices
