      Pros

      The people I work with are smart, supportive, and collaborative — truly a great team dynamic. Some benefits are decent. Exposure to fast-paced work and cross-functional projects.

      Cons

      The team is severely overworked and underappreciated. There's an expectation to work late nights, weekends, and even on the company’s designated "mental health days". While flexible time off is technically offered, in practice, taking time off just means you'll return to a pile of unresolved work — there’s no backup support.

      Pros

      - Dashlane has a unique take on password security which makes it an exciting company to work for, they are solving the problem instead of just pretending to, like the competitors are doing. - Generally people are trying their best, and are nice to each other. - Good work is rewarded. - Some nice perks like 4 extra days off per year, free lunch one day per week. - There is a lunch room and people take a break to eat lunch together. - An exec team that is dedicated, passionate, and are building a great business model and company. - Still hold some european roots, work/life balance is good.

      - There is no 401k match.
