      Great culture, people, and work environment

      Pros

      -Autonomy, no micromanagement -Communication. Clear, defined goals and metrics -Well capitalized ($200MM plus led by Sequoia) -Nice offices. Currently great remote policies and functionality (hope it stays that way!) -Great culture. People are really trying to build the workplace we all wish we’d had at other jobs -Multicultural. Offices in NYC, Paris, and Lisbon, with people from many different backgrounds

      Cons

      -Pay is just ok -Like every startup, shifting priorities and non-limitless resources can create suboptimal situations for your given team -Growing so fast, even during COVID, that it’s tough to keep a handle on new hires, what teams are doing, etc, but management does try hard with weekly town halls and team specific stand ups

      Pros

      All the best reasons were the people, and in the past few years most of the best people have left for better opportunities.

      I expect this company to crumble in a few years, their decisions are short sighted and they do not care about their people nor customers.
