The pay and the benefits are awesome!

Cons

The French have taken over, which is not a bad thing, just the way management treats employees. There are to many people that have changed over the years. The higher you go up in the company, the ruder you get to the employees. They must take a class on "How to hate your employees and treat them with no respect".

Friendly atmosphere, challenging goals, skilled personnel, flight club, healthcare, great cafeteria, multicultural environment, opportunities to travel in the USA and abroad (French company)

Cons

Parking space should be improved, office desks are small ugly grey cubicle without natural light. French lessons should be offered

Cons

if you are not French as was the manager was he did not want to hear any new ideas to increase production & improve quality. He had no prior exp in Mfg. As I came in with 25 years from one of the top 3 in Aerospace.
