Your co-workers are the best thing about this place, really great people. The work is easy, for the most part, if you have a good understanding of aviation maintenance.

Cons

Too much unnecessary internal processes and paperwork that slows down productivity. The majority of management does not have any aviation experience. Annual reviews are a joke at best.
