No pros. In-house development. My manager is literally the worst, he has been working with Dassault for 20 years, but he doesn't even know how to manage senior and junior people. They won't use updated software.

Cons

This company's management is a disaster. Their communication, decision-making, and treatment of employees are abysmal. Accountability and ethics are nonexistent. Avoid this company at all costs. Even the HR team is the worst.
