You will have a good work life balance. Flexible Working hours. You just need to maintain an average of 9 hours ( thought 9:30 hours according to policy.) monthly including breaks & lunch.

Cons

You will be majorly working on relatively old technologies like C++ and Java .. I guess this is same for all most all well established Product based companies. The reason is that they can’t simply migrate the entire Software developed from years to a new technology. It takes significant amount of time.
