Pros
Steady stream of work. You will receive a pay check on time. Great technicians in the organization. Contracts can be long term.
Cons
Many benefits that was agreed upon on paper wont make it to you at the right time, like paid vacation - it usually ends up being unpaid vacation. No over time even if you put in 14 hours a day. Salary is way less than market with no transparency about billing rate with client or willingness to negotiate. Immigration track record is very bad and routinely misused by management to hold employees. Talking around i generally figured out that your last pay check is held without explanation - this is unethical to me. The CEO can be very rude and uses racist language often and i have witnessed this.
