      Easy to get a job

      Management is incompetent and only there because they could never get a job anywhere else. They treat employees like slaves. No raises, no recognition, no training. They try to lengthen projects to stay on at state agencies as long as possible. If the taxpayers only knew.

      Feels like part of the organization. Management is easy to reach out to. Less processes, more one to one consideration. Understanding managers ! Good salary

      Not a con, company need to expand their horizon to reach out to bigger companies across the country. Management is working on the same direction, hope to see it attaining its goals.

      Great Recruiting Process and Impressive Technical Professionals

      Pros

      Data Concepts has the finest professional recruiters. I was impressed by their recruiting team. I dealt with more than one recruiter at DataConcepts and they each knew my situation, my various interview updates etc. Moreover they had a genuine grasp of the job requirements and were not reading off a paper. The technical interview was great - i was impressed that all their clients were direct. The HR manager was great and sensitive to my needs. Great corporate culture. Good People.

      Corporate culture needs to be marketed more aggressively.
