Not a good culture or work environment at all. They'll tell recruiters and account managers everything they want to hear during the interview process but once you start and get going you're in for a rude awakening. They will tell you to embellish candidates resumes, lie to them about pay rates and cut corners in the most unethical ways just to get some kind of relationship with a client. You don't have to do much research to see how terrible this organization is. Their track record is terrible and the turnover rate is high. They make you use your personal LinkedIn account to source for candidates and they fired a few individuals after they hacked into their LinkedIn accounts while they were away from their computers because in their private messages they saw that they were networking with other recruiting firms. Wonder why they would snoop around on their employees LinkedIn accounts like that? They also will delete people you are connected with on LinkedIn without your knowledge. They have done that to multiple employees prior to firing them. There are bad companies everywhere, we all know that but Data Concepts takes the cake. They are also racist individuals with toxic tactics which is very off-putting. There are so many other staffing agencies that would be a better option for anyone looking to get their foot in the door in the recruiting world that has a healthier culture that would be a better option for someone's career. This company is known for being immoral, just read the reviews and you'll see the track record. For your own good, stay away.
