      Pros

      Can get hired easily. Good medical benefits.

      Cons

      - you will be called after hours all the time. - you do not have a good work life balance. Expect them to send work to you at the end of the day or Friday evening and asking you to go recruit candidates. - no career growth. - no company culture. -management will continue to make racist remarks to candidates and discriminate. - very fire friendly. The don’t want to work and develop their employees, they rather fire them. - you will be low balled with the compensation.

      1. Keep their words 2. Good salary and decent benefits 3. Great visibility in upper management, given its a small firm 4. Good people

      Cons

      It's a consulting firm at the end of day, so, client is the boss, not their fault.

      Feels like part of the organization. Management is easy to reach out to. Less processes, more one to one consideration. Understanding managers ! Good salary

      Cons

      Not a con, company need to expand their horizon to reach out to bigger companies across the country. Management is working on the same direction, hope to see it attaining its goals.
