      1. Keep their words 2. Good salary and decent benefits 3. Great visibility in upper management, given its a small firm 4. Good people

      It's a consulting firm at the end of day, so, client is the boss, not their fault.

      Can get hired easily. Good medical benefits.

      Cons

      - you will be called after hours all the time. - you do not have a good work life balance. Expect them to send work to you at the end of the day or Friday evening and asking you to go recruit candidates. - no career growth. - no company culture. -management will continue to make racist remarks to candidates and discriminate. - very fire friendly. The don’t want to work and develop their employees, they rather fire them. - you will be low balled with the compensation.

      None, this is by far the worst company that I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Unprofessional/immature account managers. They believe they own you once you are working for them. No PTO or other benefits. Crappy assignments. Mediocre pay rates.
