Pros
It's local, so you don't have to drive a long time if you live nearby...?
Cons
Fear-based management. Expected to work overtime with little to no notice. Project Managers tell developers when the jobs are due, without regard to how much effort it would actually take. Claim SCRUM/Agile development, but it's waterfall using a "scrum board" - the dev work is not done as a team. Not recommended.
