Pros

Paid holidays are nice. Most employees and supervisors are awesome. You do get 2 weeks of vacation time after a year.

Cons

You don't have a life. You are told when you start you might work overtime every once in a while. Wrong! You will be working 10 hours days. Plus Saturday's. And they don't tell you about overtime until the end of the shift. So you think your done but nope. You have 2 hours left. The upper management is a huge joke! They like to make promises to you to get you to work harder and then fail to make them promises happen. Have an issue with your check? No one in the building can help you. They hand you a card and tell you to email payroll who then take a week to respond and then tell you nothing is wrong. Piece rate employees are screwed over. You get reports showing your doing above what is expected and yet not getting any piece rate for it. But yet again because everyone is useless at data you have to email payroll again just for them to tell you your pay is correct. Their system is so messed up. They don't care about you. Whether you have a life or family. Bonuses? Data dimensions don't believe in rewarding their employees. They sit there and push 10 hours, Saturday's and all this work on you but don't reward you what so ever. You know what your bonus is? A $50 gift card for Christmas and at their holiday party you get a $25 gift card! This place is the laughing stock of janesville. They wonder why they can't keep or get people to work there.

Lies, low morale, and frustration.

Pros

The company helps different organizations in the community. Got to meet some quality people. The building looks nice. I like my boss.

Cons

Piece rate is unfair. There are too many variables to be a piece rate job. Stuck on jobs forever. The new people get the open jobs that others that have been there for years want. The company gives you a 6 minute leeway at the start of your shift before you are considered late. Nice in theory, if it was used as intended. Company complains if people are out of the room a couple minutes more than allotted for in a day but some employees use their six minute leeway every single day. These people have never once been clocked in and been there at the work area at the scheduled work time. Everyone knows who they are. Add this time up and see how much work time is lost!! It angers people that show up on time every day. Good for morale? It's a joke. I have read on here the responses from the company to put suggestions in. They don't take them seriously. Management only cares if it affects them somehow. People have given up on this.

An okay company/job.

Pros

ability to make more than base pay (through piece rate, which can be good or bad), paid holidays, solid overtime pay, 5 minute stretch breaks (super important/helpful)

Cons

Awful work/life balance, issues with company growing pains, awful communication company-wide, mandatory Saturdays (tacked onto an already constant 90 hour work period), little to no sick days (6 is really not enough for a whole year/can be frustrating)
