Pros

Friendly staff, great pay, good benefits, special dress occassions like halloween, ugly sweater, wear red on Fridays, sweatpants/yoga pants if you paid $5 to United Way in December on Friday's only. It's just the little things, like you can wear shorts & flip flops everyday.

Cons

It gets pretty cold inside in the winter. The piece rate is great when you hit it, but when you don't, your paycheck reflects it & you get written up for not making rate, because you have no control of what box you pull for the night.

Pros

Low pay, better than slavery!

Cons

Negative attitude from management. Never seem to be able to communicate with employees as needed. Always seem bothered. Don't seem to understand the meaning of "Management".

Pros

I've been at Data Dimensions for almost two years, and I have no plans to ever leave. It's by far the best job I've had. I have a flexible schedule, I'm paid well for what I do, and I have lots of PTO available when I want or need it. All of the employees seem to be friendly and cheerful (the complete opposite of my last company which was totally depressing because everyone was always in a bad mood). I feel like I'm left alone to do my job, and not micro-managed, yet there is always support there when I need it. The company does a lot for the community, and they also *try* to do "fun" things for employees in order to keep spirits up/show appreciation/have fun. I know there are opportunities for advancement because I have seen many people promoted just in the short time I've been here.

Cons

There is a comprehensive benefits package and the premiums aren't TOO bad, however, the deductible is very high. I feel like I'm doing alright seeing as that is my ONLY complaint.
