Pros
What I would say is that they truly appreciate your high-quality work, as you can imagine, and consistently offer you a variety of wonderful projects at a good rate. They are also surgically precise in making payments with absolutely no delays. In addition, the admins and the entire DA team are always prompt in responding and clarifying any details you need.
Cons
At least for me, there have been no cons so far, except for the occasional periods when there are no projects available.
