Pros
For me that is passionate in AI and AI Development, working at this company has been a very rewarding experience, personally. It's fun to give my best in order to develop AI models and make them better over time.
Cons
The Data Annotation task can be quite challenging, and it is very challenging to keep on giving high quality submissions while being consistent. Despite this, it is still manageable most of the time, and you do have the option to just not work on tasks that are too hard for you.
