Pros

Not much that was good.

Cons

Training is bad, if they pay you good luck. Do not like overtime. The company culture is a joke. They really don't care. You are nothing but labor.

DataBank Holdings Response

We're glad to hear our technical knowledge and ability to navigate complex environments is seen as a strength. We appreciate that acknowledgment, as our teams work hard to support our infrastructure and customer success. We also recognize that not every employee’s experience aligns with our intended culture, and we're committed to continuously improving leadership engagement and communication across the organization. We remain focused on fostering a workplace built on respect, trust, and inclusion, and welcome continued input on how we can do better.
