No Pros, the only thing I can say is you can work from home.

Cons

No raises, horrible benefits, they pile on work with no additional help, and it's the boys club run by their controller.

2020 was a tough year, but DataBank has people that care

Pros

The company has done everything possible to keep us safe and employed. They have supplied PPE, provided cleaning supplies, cleaning staff and been very flexible and accommodating. Very much appreciated.

Cons

Miss the free coffee, but understand that COVID restrictions don't allow.
