Pros
Acryl is a small but tightly knit team full of driven and intelligent people. I've never been part of an organization with a culture that's so to the point and open about what people do and don't think is going well at the company. I feel that the leadership is great at stimulating and listening to conversation about how to improve the team. I really love working here, and I'm thankful I was able to find such a great workplace
Cons
The remote work environment can be a little hectic, and sometimes things can get lost in the shuffle. It's still a growing company and has a lot of process that's still being worked out/ solidified. If you're coming from a more experienced background it's a great opportunity to make your mark on a younger company.
