      Fast-paced. Hands-on with lots of advanced SQL.

      Cons

      It may be a bit overwhelming at first to catch up but nothing much really.

      Pros

      -Good pay and raises for recent graduates -They hire recent graduates -Very diverse -Plenty of opportunities to learn SQL (and more recently Python) dev

      Cons

      -Highly stressful -Lots of micromanaging -PTO (10 days vacation when you start and not all holidays off) -401k company match vested only after 6(!) years -No education assistance
