Pros
Formerly really strong engineering team with innovative products. However, they are not actually selling anything to paying customers. Still have lots of friends with the company who are great people and remain dedicated despite real challenges.
Cons
Rapidly shrinking business. Lost most of their big contracts. Recently declared bankruptcy for DataPath International division. Prospects for survival are uncertain. Driven by an "emperor has no clothes" CEO who lives in the past, ignoring realities of the present, and who cares more by personal loyalty than creating an effective culture. Prior private equity investors have all fled, so financing and cash flow is a real concern.
