      100% remote, C-Suite knows all associates and are familiar with everyone's capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses; compassionate and caring leadership.

      Cons

      Uneven performance expectations; lack of communication from leadership; associate onboarding lacking; no diversity in C-Suite at all.

      Paycheck, nothing else comes to mind

      Cons

      If you are not a catholic or do not have the last names of the owners then your growth is severely stunted. Development department is a JOKE. The manager is very green and does not understand management. No emphasis on quality and project management is another big joke. I am surprised that they are still in business.
