Pros

The only pros left now are probably free food, nice colleagues and nice t-shirts. Paid to do nothing, very empathetic and possibly everyone knows that people are here till they find new equally paid or better paying jobs

Cons

No direction and no motivation. Most of the time leadership is spitting on their own face, people have lost faith and no one is doing anything about it. We are still getting paid but that's all. Many customers have either churned or have downscaled DataRobot footprint. It's hard to believe what was once revolutionary is now biting dust. It took me a long time and effort to come to terms with this reality. Truth is I still love DataRobot but I am a fool and I am not the only one. Wake up before its too late. Recent layoffs at twitter, meta, spotify is gonna make job market even more difficult. I wish DR survives but its single threaded and reality is there is no hope. Investors will sell it to get their money back and those who made money are having fun! IT SUCKS to be in this position!!

Pros

There's some (just some) nice people

Cons

Everything being seasoned with woke, SJW, etc sh1t Constant crying and victimhood over being part of some sort of collective and claiming for privileges just like that Micromanagement. Telling you how you have to talk and write, what words are correct and what not, even in the code. This sounds like a joke, but there's been engineering work for this Previous leadership ruined the company, let's see if the current one doesn't hammer the last nail in the coffin
