Cons

Every company has it's challenges, and the same is true for DataRobot I like that leadership has been up front and honest in terms of addressing this

Pros

I've been really impressed with DataRobot. The product is incredible, and the opportunity for this company is insane. There are also so many smart, talented, and passionate people that you get to work with daily, that you are continually pushed to be a better professional. The company puts a huge emphasis on people which I really value. This is honestly a once in a lifetime company that truly has the ability to be the next unicorn.

Cons

Look this place is a start-up. It has the same growing pains as any start-up does. I've worked at unicorn companies in the past at a similar stage and they had the same issues. You can get bogged down in the negativity or you can realize the opportunity at hand.
