      Great colleagues, flexible work arrangements, great medical insurance

      Cons

      Experienced a few reduction in force exercises in a period of 16 months, awarding equity awards but the company always fail to go IPO. So, unvested equities are forfeited upon termination of continuous service.

      Amazing culture an people. Young, openminded and progressive people. You really feel the team spirit and if you need help, you are not alone. Great onboarding process and clear path for development.

      Sometimes the position on your tasks is not clear and time is needed to clarify it.

      This place is incredible. I'm very grateful for being part of this team. My experience has started at the end of 2014, and there are a lot of things ahead. The product is amazing and I truly believe it will make a huge difference in future.
