Management Problem (Moves only at the behest of one)

Pros

Collogues are very friendly. And lots of new technologies for work

Cons

Problem is management, Moves only at the behest of one. No work is done unless the chairman says so. Increments are withheld and increments are not given until he says so. Notice period is 3 months which is very bad for a technology company
