Great disruptive, innovative technology. Had an amazing culture which changed overnight with hiring from SAP.

Rapid growth, lots of new people, and a constantly growing team can create a lot of challenges for existing team members. I'm sorry you are not having a good experience. Please feel free to reach out to me directly or to our VP of HR if that is more comfortable. Perhaps there is something we can do to improve the situation. If not, I want to at least make sure you know that you can be heard in a safe environment.

Pros

The people are great, hard working, smart. Culture, work hard, play hard.

Cons

True start up environment. if you are not willing to work really hard, this place is not for you.

Pros

Technology is leading edge in many areas and it is a great space to be in.

Cons

Management is very slow to make decisions, inexperienced in many areas and politics is a major problem even though it is still a startup.

I truly do loathe politics and if you are feeling encumbered by them, I want to make sure you know that you can come to me (or our VP of HR) with any concerns. If I have blind spots in this regard, I want to know them.
