Its an awesome company to work at, the culture is amazing and the company is growing so quickly that there are a lot of opportunities to take ownership and define scalable processes and policies in your own realm.

The culture of the company on the whole is great, the culture of the solutions architects is particularly great. There's large emphasis on work life balance, which we're able to achieve. I had not thought this possible. It's a very supportive culture and fellow Bricksters are very helpful through onboarding and beyond.
