Pros
Executive staff is extremely bright and care about doing the right thing, politics are minimal/non-existent, the products is awesome and constantly improving, and the market opportunity is huge.
Cons
Everyone here works very hard. There's a lack of bureaucracy (which is a good thing) but that puts stress on existing resources and makes hiring the right incremental resources critical.
