Micromanage

Pros

Good benefits and time off

Cons

The work environment is toxic, with excessive micromanagement. You’ll often be required to work extended hours to meet SLAs, and overtime is not compensated. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s little regard for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a good place to work. Forgot to mention that they do not provide training for the different functions they just share the playbooks and you'll need to figure it out

Pros

- Great learning opportunities about Data & AI - Working with smart talented individuals - Great compensation and benefits - Enterprise focussed sales org

Cons

- If you are starting out in your sales career there is not much of a focus on SMB new business sales cycles or robust programs for BDRs moving into AE roles. A lot of this enablement is done ad hoc and really depends on your manager and individual drive.
