      Pros

      Friendly, professional culture -- people help each other out. Amazing innovation and pace in the product team -- product constantly evolving and improving and major new product areas captured each of the 3 years I've been here. Competitive pay and pre-IPO stock grants and liquidity.

      Cons

      The pace in this industry is fast and the tech landscape is wide and deep. To succeed in pre-sales you need to love to learn, be hands-on technical, and be able to manage a big todo list.

      Pros

      I still can't believe I work here... it is absolutely an amazing company to work for. From the compensation (better than FAANG), to the people (hardworking, smart, and kind), to the culture (100% transparency from the C-Suite and Ali), this company is a rocket ship. The product is stellar, the company is growing rapidly, and the customer stories are incredible. Can't recommend it enough!

      As we grow at a breakneck pace, keep the bar for talent high and don't lower it. Quality over quantity.

      Pros

      - Good work life balance as long as you speak up about your needs. - Great executive leadership and decision making. - Work with cutting edge technology (AI/ML/DE) - Breadth of experience across many different industry domains - Meaningful long lasting relationships with Bricksters and Customers. - Autonomy to get your work done, and great culture. - Competitive compensation.

      Cons

      - Hiring process can sometimes be convoluted since different managers for the same role (e.g. RSA) have different expectations for what they are looking for. I think it would make more sense to standardize on roles and hiring criteria between Teams. -
