Pros

You receive stock but who knows if the company will ever IPO or go bust, its a big gamble

Cons

Layoffs across all depts Bullying Who knows if the company will ever IPO or go bust, its a big gamble You get to work in a crappy Wework Ask for the tenure of your team before you start, most are less than 1 year, this will be the clear indicator of a poor culture.

Pros

- Great Leadership who really do provide a lot of clarity into how the business is run and are always happy to lean in with customers. - Great product (It actually works, and is constantly being innovated on). - Good pay. - Great benefits.

Cons

- Too many managers and a lot of hygiene in forecasting usage. - A program for people who have been there for a while to take a break (Sabbatical) would be great.

Pros

Good product area Decent pay across levels, roles and teams

Cons

Lack of transparency around IPO Most compensation is in form of RSUs which will never materialize Product losing focus and threat of being acquired is clear in product and engineering teams
