Lots of potential for growth Goals are clear and realistic Global and diverse workforce RSU's should have significant long term value Benefits and perks are good with unlimited PTO that you can actually use

      Not quite a start up and not a mature enterprise company so some things are not fully matured. This may be a pro or a con. No 401K match No Employee Stock Purchase
