Information is still very tribal, meaning its hard to find the right person or process internally to get things done, which small companies can get away with. Databricks doubled in headcount last year so there are more people who don't know how to navigate internal processes than do know, making those sources of wisdom and their time very hard to come by. Our GTM strategy evolves so fast that metrics and priorities often change from week to week, and you are expected to have extreme ownership over all areas of your domain and deliver what (and when) you say you're going to regardless.
