Pros

- Huge TAM, state of the art product. The company's growth will continue in the long run. This makes the stock comp very attractive - Company is well run with outstanding leadership. The fact that we raised capital right before the tech winter in 2022 allowed us to continue invest aggressively (one of the few tech companies rn without layoff risks!!) - Fast-paced environment, lots of work and scaling taking place ahead of looming IPO - Pay raise happens often if you do a good job. It is decoupled from title promotion, which is great (too often title promotions create top-heavy company hierarchies, which is not the case at DB)

Cons

- Company internal systems need improvement to handle the continuously ramping volume and shortened time to close books ahead of the IPO

-Vision from our CEO and wider team. Specifically Ali, who is extremely humble, super dedicated, pragmatic and a great all round leader -Best tech in the market , we are winning the Lakehouse category which is the Data and AI market -Culture is second to none, having come from a strong culture at EMC , this place is the right balance of everything -Values are exactly what they should be. We believe in letting the data decide and win as a team -New EMEA GM and NEMEA GM are awesome to work with and because of this EMEA will be even bigger for the business -Very competitive packages -Fast paced, to some this might not be a good thing, but I love it - Special set of people here that are a joy to work with and make it a place you can build a true career

- Fast paced business , which I believe is a pro, but if you don’t like it this place isn’t for you
