Pros

Growth opportunities Options to switch to other departments Open Culture Transparent CEO Great Teamwork

Cons

I can't think of any. The workload used to be a very high couple of years back. With the right scaling strategies, it has improved.

Pros

Smartest people I've ever worked with. Absurdly open, the CEO is more transparent than anyone I've seen at any company of any size, and has a huge amount of trust in the team. Healthy debate on all points is welcome and expected. Collaboration across teams and departments is awesome.

Cons

Little internal documentation. Aggressive deadlines sometimes mean that work life balance can be challenging, though this varies from team to team. Some processes are messy, or there is no process yet. Legacy software can be a bit challenging sometimes. Mostly growing pains, and will be addressed in time.
