      Great product, great people and a really great place to work if you like to be challenged. Everyone is really friendly and helpful so there are no barriers in accessing the relevant stakeholders.

      Cons

      Just take into consideration there's currently no corporate variable bonus program, no expenses for cell phone plan and no expenses for internet.

      - Strong culture where teams always chip in to help and not just regionally but globally. - Management are understanding about limited resources and task prioritisation -Strong data-driven culture which is fair to people who put in effort and generate results that is not only driven by sales numbers. - Very talented individuals in every level

      Cons

      Only suitable for individuals who know how to manage work life balance. If individual does not know how to say no or not willing to speak up and ask to rescheduling meetings or work, this is not a suitable place as they will find never ending work. Typical of any startup company or organization.
