      Pros

      Energized, transparent and collaboration culture. This is a rocketship that requires to be open to learning and be educated. The mid-long term vision is spectacular, and the day to day business in sales is good. Be prepared to work hard, and to select your battles, because there's plenty of things to do.

      Cons

      G-Docs is not my favorite, and I would like to be able to choose other than Mac.

      -Executive team is unbelievably engaged and tuned into the industry -I've worked for competitors & there is a clear difference you get to enjoy at Databricks with an engineering-first culture. Whenever you get to the right level of conversations the credibility we can build just based on our tech build so much confidence.

      Cons

      -Comp plans have been confusing at times, there has been a focus on new logos yet no real comp incentives around it

      Fast paced, innovative and fun. If you want to work hard and get rewarded then join Databricks. Founders DNA is so evident across the company even at the size we are now and it is such a special place to belong. Best decision ever to move here.

      Diversity could be better but they are making progress.
