      - Pay scale should be much better, specially for support functions. - More decentralisation of powers to make things move faster - still lot of scope for the company to build better processes - Better and effective cross functional collaborations.

      - Great Leadership who really do provide a lot of clarity into how the business is run and are always happy to lean in with customers. - Great product (It actually works, and is constantly being innovated on). - Good pay. - Great benefits.

      Cons

      - Too many managers and a lot of hygiene in forecasting usage. - A program for people who have been there for a while to take a break (Sabbatical) would be great.
