Pros

- Very strong team. - Very clear mission and company goal. - Transparent leadership team. - Active founder involvement (rxin, ali, patrick, etc). - Very interesting technology and opportunities to work on cutting edge stuff.

Cons

- Poor work-life balance - oncalls can be painful and there's a lot to do without a ton of support. Not clearly a priority of management. - Base salary is lower than top companies with the expectation that equity has high upside - Not a diverse team. Not a clear priority from management.

Pros

Great team members Flexible and fair RTO policies Decent benefits (USA)

Cons

Poor total compensation for existing employees, internal promos pay less than new hires get for the same roles. Hyper-growth means processes and roadmaps are always changing, projects change hands regularly, and the amount of bureaucracy and micro-managing from Leadership around even small decisions can be overbearing. Poor leadership response to culture and work/life balance concerns.
