      - One of the best new age companies to work for. - Great leadership, allowing to work with freedom - world of opportunity to improve and progress once career - Best site leaders to work with

      Cons

      - Pay scale should be much better, specially for support functions. - More decentralisation of powers to make things move faster - still lot of scope for the company to build better processes - Better and effective cross functional collaborations.
