      Pros

      Very happy with everything so far. Good work life balance and was recently told I need to up my PTO, which I think came down from c-suite which really speaks to the company culture. Personally have really enjoyed my work as well.

      Cons

      I've heard upward mobility can be tough due to limited management roles but not a current concern
