We're passionate about creating a workplace where employees feel empowered to grow, innovate, and excel, and we're glad that you've also felt supported by the leadership team. We'll be the first to admit that our product and company was built by engineers, for engineers, when we started 10+ years ago, but we're actively working to build our internal employee engagement team to create a workplace that feels inclusive to all our roles and departments across the company and around the world. And we do revisit compensation to ensure we're competitive and fair based on market assessments, and will continue to do so.
