      Great place to be an engineer

      Pros

      Good Technical challenges, working alongside industry proven engineers, tons to learn. Company choices are clear and in-touch with reality.

      Cons

      Return to work policies (n days a week), Upper Management is not evenly geographically distributed, and I'd be surprised to see them at my location.

      In a transitional phase from start up to enterprise, so loads of changes happening with lots of new employees and leaders.

      Work life balance isn’t great but that’s just a personal experience. I don’t see this problem with other folks.
